My phobia
I have a big
problem when a I saw a rat next to me, and isn’t a common problem, I suffer of musophobia.
I don’t remember exactly since when and how it started. But I remember some bad
moments that I passed because of rats. One of them occurred when I was around
10-11 years, my mother ordered me wash the dishes in a room that is outside the
house. While I was washing the dishes, I
could see a rat run near my feet, so I scream loudly and started to cry. My
mother asked me if I was ok, I told her about the rat. But she only scolded me.
I think my
phobia is something stupid, because everybody knows that rats are harmless, but
I swear, that I can’t support seeing one next to me, it makes me bad, negative
feelings through my mind. I would like to get over this phobia.
Hey Moni, you’re not the only one! I have the same phobia. I actually had to leave my house for more than a week because I saw one. So until my boyfriend came to take it out I could go back home! My parents think I’m so silly, because a rat cannot scare me that much, but it definitely does!

I think that nobody likes rats, personally, they look disgusting, but I do not have a phobia either. You're right to say that they are harmless, but I think not so much haha. I do not want to frighten you but we must be careful with them, they are one of the animals that brings more diseases. But there are necessary ills...
